BOOKING POLICY

Mount Hart Wilderness Lodge operates in a remote location where cancellations often result in decreased occupancy.  All bookings will be held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified.

CREDIT CARD GUARANTEE

A credit card is required to confirm your booking.

PAYMENT OF RESERVATION

Mount Hart Lodge accepts Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. Credit card surcharges do apply for Visa (1.06%) and Mastercard (1.2%) and are not refundable. Amex and Diners cards are not currently accepted.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY

Campsites, Safari Tents, Deluxe Tents and Homestead Rooms

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Please note, accommodation prices displayed on our website do not include Wunaamin Conservation Park fees and booking fees. These can be paid for separately with your accommodation booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received by the Mount Hart reservations team via email enquiries@mounthart.com.au  or phone +61 8 9191 4645.

  • Cancel 14 or more days prior to your arrival date = full refund

  • Cancel 1-13 days prior to arrival = 50% of the booking total charged

  • Day of arrival and no shows = 100% of the booking total charged (no refund)

  • Guest curtailment / early check-out policy = 100% of the booking total charged (no refund)

  • Credit card surcharges are not refundable
